Mentorship!
Our mentorship program pairs passionate medical professionals and senior medical students with first-year female medical students from rural backgrounds. As a mentor, you'll play a vital role in guiding and supporting aspiring doctors through the challenges of their first year, helping them build confidence, navigate their studies, and thrive in their medical journey.
Mentorship involves sharing your experiences, offering advice, and being a reliable point of contact for your mentee. Whether it's answering questions, providing encouragement, or simply being someone who understands the unique challenges of studying medicine, your guidance can make an incredible impact.
If you’re interested in becoming a mentor, please fill out the form below. Include your name, contact details, your current professional role or year of medical school, and a short description of why you’d like to mentor. Once we receive your form, a member of our team will reach out to discuss the program further and connect you with a mentee.
By joining the mentorship program, you’ll be contributing to the next generation of rural female doctors and helping to shape a stronger, more connected rural medical community.
